About Alexander von Ungern
I am a Swiss fellow who got trained as an evolutionary biologist (Msc), and briefly worked as a Bioinformatician, which was definitely interesting, but I have to acknowledge that I had a hard time spending every workday in front of a computer. I live in La Paz since 2011, and dedicated myself to guiding since then. In the meanwhile I graduated as a IFMGA mountain guide, my specialties being rock climbing, skiing and mixed routes. I won't be your cheapest option near La Paz, but I offer uncommon trips, love to share all the knowledge I acquired in the past decade, thanks to the languages I speak, and make sure people I guide spend a great time with quality services.
