Anselme Baud

I was born in Morzine in 1948. I am a mountain guide and a pioneer of extreme skiing - descent of slopes of an extreme abruptness. I am deeply attached to my mountain heritage. I have supervised the training of guides in France (ENSA), Bolivia and Nepal for many years.

In addition to my activity as guide in Chamonix and in the Alps, I regularly lead mountaineering and skiing expeditions in all continents (Alps, Andes, Antarctica, Himalayas…). I’ve also participated in many mountaineering and extreme skiing movies.
