Rock Climbing Instructor
Daniela is a Rock Climbing Instructor, Coach and Mental Coach currently based around Italy and Chamonix. She's been working as a coach for both beginners and elite competitors since 2005.
She offers a wide range of courses:
\- Beginners climbing course
\- Outdoor sport climbing course
\- Trips with coaching and guiding to different areas with different topics.
\- Coaching for technique and strength training
\- Mental coaching both as individual sessions and group coaching for 3-7 days. During her trips you can either focus on pushing through your physical or mental barriers or learn to sport climb and enjoy a new area. The trips also include morning yoga and evening stretching to take care of your body.
