About Juan Carlos Vizcaíno
"Loving the mountains is to be a part of them, it's a path of learning and a way of living. We are all equal there." These words describe my philosophy. I'm passionate about the mountains, alpinism, climbing and canyoning since 1984, when some friends invited me to climb "Penya Segat" in Garraf. I've enjoyed climbs and ascents in the Pyrenees, Alps, Atlas, Andes and Himalayas (ChoOyu 8.201m. Shisha Pangma 8.027m. Muztagata 7550m. Aconcagua 6959 m. Huayna Potosi, Condoriri- Cabeza de Condor, Piramide Blanca, Alpamayo Chico, Island Peak, Mont Balnc, Lyskam, Monte Rosa, etc..). I've also discovered and enjoyed some of the most beautiful and technical canyons in the Pyrenees, Alps, Mallorca and Corcega.
