AGMTB · Mountain Leader · IFMGA
I’ve been guide since 2002 when I started as a pre-candidate in the AGMTB courses (Association of Mountain and Trekking Guides in Bolivia). In 2005, I graduated as an aspiring mountain guide and candidate for a scholarship to do the course in ENSA in Chamonix (France), where I obtained a very good qualification. In 2007, I got certified as IFMGA/UIAGM guide. I became instructor in the Mountain Guide School of Bolivia which also has students from Ecuador, Chile, Colombia and Venezuela. In addition, I am also main guide in some large American companies like International Mountain Guides, Mountain Madness, Alpine Ascents International. Besides those, I am the leader guide for the Jagged Globbe (English company in Bolivia). From time to time, I work for a french company named ALIBERT (not too often because I don’t have time) and I also organise the logistics for many of these companies.
