Agreement

By using Avonture (avonture.co), you agree to these terms. Avonture is operated by Salter Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site.

What Avonture Provides

Avonture is an informational directory. We aggregate publicly available data about outdoor guides, hunting outfitters, fishing guides, mountain huts, and heli-ski operators. We display this information to help users compare options and make informed decisions.

No Guarantees

Avonture does not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing, rating, review, or data point
• The availability, quality, safety, or legality of any guide, outfitter, or operator listed
• That any guide or outfitter holds current certifications, licenses, or insurance
• The outcome of any trip, excursion, or service booked through or discovered via the directory

Listings are compiled from public sources and self-reported data. We encourage users to independently verify certifications, licensing, insurance, and reviews before hiring any guide or outfitter.

Your Relationship With Listed Guides

Avonture is not a party to any transaction between you and a guide, outfitter, or operator. Any agreement you make with a listed service provider is solely between you and that provider. We do not handle payments, bookings, cancellations, or disputes.

Inquiry Forms

When you submit an inquiry through the site, your contact information and message are sent to our team. We may forward your inquiry to the relevant guide or outfitter. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to being contacted regarding your request.

Intellectual Property

The Avonture name, logo, site design, and original written content are the property of Salter Ventures LLC. Guide photos, logos, and descriptions may be the property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute directory data in bulk
• Submit false or misleading information through inquiry forms
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salter Ventures LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site, or from any action taken as a result of information found on the site. This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or loss of data.

Outdoor activities including skiing, climbing, hunting, and fishing carry inherent risks. Avonture provides information only and assumes no responsibility for your safety in the field.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
